Quinoa Salad

 

What You'll Need:

Pre-Rinsed Organic Quinoa

English or Persian Cucumber

Chives

Pint of Fresh Small Tomatoes

Italian Parsley

Cilantro

Organic Olive Oil

2 pinches of sea salt

Black Pepper

Lemon (optional to add for dressing)

Directions:

​

Cook the quinoa per the package instructions in a large pot. While the quinoa cooks, chop all the vegetables to toss in once the quinoa is cooked. Add any dressing you like or just some olive oil with sea salt and pepper.
