Everything is energy and we create our reality through our thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and self-concept, but 95% of our life is controlled by our subconscious until we become aware and consciously choose to change. In this session, we will work together to identify current frustrations, emotional wounds, patterns, core beliefs, and limiting thoughts that are getting in the way of creating a life you love. Whether it's your career, relationships, physical health, or finding purpose, we will work to uncover the layers that need healing, so you can align with how you want to feel and what you want to experience. There are many layers to healing, so this will be a very personalized session with guidance tailored to you and your current area of focus. I recommend regular sessions to help keep you on track and we can discuss custom packages based on your needs.

A solid foundation is the basis of a happy and healthy life, but most medical doctors receive less than an average of 20 hours of nutrition training in medical school. They also don’t take a natural, holistic approach with their patients to target the root cause of dis-ease. Many nutritionists are also working off of outdated information or plans not designed for individual needs. Our modern lifestyle requires a new (but ancient) and proactive approach to health.


In this session we will focus on your diet & health goals to build a healthy foundation. We will review your current diet, habits, and lifestyle. If you want to live a healthier lifestyle but aren't sure where to start, this is an approach to understanding clean eating and creating healthy habits. You will learn how to clean up your diet while integrating whole, nutritious foods. We can also work together to swap out your pantry and household products and create a practical strategy to reach your goals. When you have a healthy foundation, you will be able to think more clearly and have a solid foundation to begin the inner work of healing.


This session will be customized to your individual needs. I recommend shorter follow up sessions to help keep you accountable and we can discuss a customized package. Please note I am not a doctor and do not provide medical advice.
