    CRANBERRY SAUCE

Ingredients

​

12 oz. Fresh Organic Cranberries

1 Navel Orange for Zest

1 Cup Coconut Sugar

2 Tablespoons of Water

Pink Salt

Black Pepper

​

Directions

​

Add the cranberries into a saucepan but save 1/2 cup on the side for later.

​

Add 1 cup of coconut sugar, strip of orange zest and water to the saucepan.

​

Turn the heat to low and stir occasionally for 10 minutes until the sugar dissolves and cranberries soften.

​

Turn up the heat to medium for about 10-12 more minutes until the cranberries pop.

​

Reduce the heat to low and stir in the 1/2 cup of fresh cranberries.

​

Add salt, pepper, and extra sugar to taste (if desired).

​

Let the sauce cool to room temperature before serving.
