Service Description
A solid foundation is the basis of an abundant life, but most medical doctors receive less than an average of 20 hours of nutrition training in medical school. They also don’t take a natural, holistic approach with their patients to target the root cause of dis-ease. Many nutritionists are also working off of outdated information or plans not designed for individual needs. Our modern lifestyle requires a new (but ancient) approach. In this session we will focus on your diet & health goals to build a healthy foundation. We will review your current diet, eating habits, and lifestyle. You will learn how to clean up your diet while integrating whole, nutritious foods. This is an approach to understanding clean living and eating. We can also work together to swap out your pantry and household products and create a practical strategy to reach your goals. This session will be customized to your individual needs. You can also book shorter follow up sessions to keep you accountable on track. Please note I am not a doctor and do not provide medical advice.
