You and everything in the Universe are based on frequency and vibration, including the music you listen to. Whenever you listen to music, you are tuning to the frequency it is vibrating at, which impacts your vibration, DNA, mood, stress levels, etc. which means the music you listen to can profoundly impact your health (emotionally, physically, and mentally).
At some point in our history (circa the 1950s-1970s), the pitch used in mainstream music was changed from 432 Hertz to 440 Hertz (a theory you can dive into), which is said to have a harmful impact on the human body. On the flip side, there are several tones you can listen to that have a positive effect on your well-being and DNA.
You may have heard of or already listened to healing 'Hertz' or Solfeggio frequencies. These frequencies are ancient and sacred healing tones that have the power to adjust your vibration and heal your body. I love listening to Hertz Healing frequencies during my meditations or when I'm having trouble falling asleep. Not only do they have a calming, soothing effect, but there are also so many frequencies you can listen to for various concerns, including releasing anxiety and worry, attracting prosperity, healing your chakras, repairing your DNA, letting go of fear, and so on. I find them all on YouTube.
If you are interested in discovering these healing frequencies and incorporating them into your wellness routine, you can check out my curated 'Healing Music' playlist on YouTube or search for your own on YouTube and Spotify.
Also, pay attention to how the music you listen to makes you feel. Does it make you feel happy? Is it empowering? Or does it make you feel on edge, sad, angry, or generally low? Pay attention to your body. Whatever you consume (music, television, social media, books, or food) impacts your vibration. When you tune into things that raise your vibration, you raise your point of attraction to more love, abundance, and all the feel-good things.
